Amble is an AI-powered tour guide. By using our app, you consent to the data practices described in this policy, including the collection of location data essential for providing navigation and tour-guiding features.

Email address and authentication tokens via Google or Apple SSO. This is used strictly for account management and securing your tour history.

Precise Location

GPS coordinates while the app is in use. This data is critical for providing real-time navigation and landmark triggers during your tours.

Tour Parameters

Your selected vibes, interests, and durations. This data is processed by Vertex AI to generate your personalized tour experiences.

Multimedia Content

Photos you take through the app. These are stored securely in your private cloud storage so you can revisit your tour highlights anytime.

Experience Logs

Records of your completed tours and visited landmarks, stored within Firestore to help you maintain a personal travel journal.

Infrastructure & Partners

Your data is handled via industry-leading infrastructure providers to ensure high performance and world-class security.

Firebase

Firestore and Storage manage your tour logs and media with encryption at rest.

Google Cloud

Vertex AI processes your preferences to generate tours, and Google Places API identifies landmarks.

Mapbox

Provides mapping services. Location data is processed to render maps and routes.

We retain your tour history and photos as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated records, media, and location logs are permanently purged from Amble's primary databases within 30 days.

Amble requests location permissions strictly to enable map-based features. You can revoke this permission at any time via your device settings, though this will disable primary guiding functionality.

Children's Privacy

Amble is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently captured such data, we will delete it immediately.

To delete your account and all associated tour and media data, please email us at contact@webbro.io with the subject 'Amble Account Deletion Request'.

Once processed, your account and all associated data will be permanently purged from our primary systems within 30 days.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our app or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or an in-app notification.

This policy and your use of Amble are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webbro Limited is registered.
